How and when your tree arrives, from our facility to your space.
Processing time
Orders are prepared and packed within 1–3 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email as soon as your tree leaves our facility.
Delivery estimates
Every tree is shipped by freight, so delivery within the United States generally takes 2–7 business days once your order leaves our facility.
Freight deliveries
Every LightTree ships by freight, so a dedicated delivery team brings your tree right to you curbside. Because a signature is required, we ask that someone be home to receive the shipment — the carrier will call ahead to schedule a delivery window that works for you, so please include a phone number at checkout.
Tracking your order
A tracking link is emailed the moment your shipment is scanned. If you haven't received it within 4 business days, reach out and we'll locate it for you.
Damaged in transit
Inspect your shipment on arrival. If anything arrived damaged, photograph the packaging and contents and contact us within 48 hours — we'll replace parts or the full tree at no cost.
