Are the trees suitable for outdoor use?
Yes. Our LED trees are built with weather-resistant housings and sealed connections, rated for year-round outdoor installation in patios, gardens, and courtyards.
How long do the LEDs last?
The LED modules are rated for approximately 50,000 hours of use — that's over a decade of nightly ambiance.
How much power do they use?
Each tree draws a fraction of the energy of traditional lighting. Most models use between 20W and 90W depending on size and blossom count.
Is assembly required?
Trees arrive in sections with the branches pre-wired. Assembly typically takes 20-40 minutes depending on the model. An included allen key is all that's required for assembly, and the included anchors are used to bolt the tree down. We recommend bolting the tree down into concrete.
Where can I install the tree outdoors?
Bolt it to concrete or a deck if the surface is solid and structural. If you don't have either, pour a 2 ft x 2 ft concrete pad that's about 1 ft deep, and use the included anchors. A concrete pad is the most stable option in wind and weather. Let the pad cure, then bolt the base down.
Can I choose the light color?
Warm white is our signature finish. Most models are available in color-changing RGB with a remote for tone and effect control.
Do the trees come with a warranty?
Every tree is backed by a full manufacturer warranty: 1 year on the tree itself and 3 years on the LEDs, wiring, and trunk.
What is your 14-day money-back guarantee policy?
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee starting from the date your tree is delivered. If you don't like it for any reason, let us know within that window and we'll refund you. The tree needs to be returned in good condition, and the customer is responsible for return shipping. Because these trees ship freight, please pack them in the original materials.
