Returns
Straightforward returns and exchanges, because ambiance should feel right.
30-day returns
If your tree isn't right for the space, you may return it within 30 days of delivery in its original packaging for a refund of the purchase price. This does not include shipping or restocking fees.
Replacement parts
Branches, transformers, and remotes can be replaced individually. In most cases a small part solves the issue without returning the entire tree.
Starting a return
Email info@lighttreesusa.com with your order number and a short description. We'll send return instructions and, for freight items, schedule pickup.
Refund timing
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of the returned item arriving at our facility.
